Retreat

Hello everyone, 

Retreat is coming up.  I just needed to see if there are any residents that can offer help in  putting together the final arrangements.  Thus far we have: 

Avetisyan = Transportation and Car Rental (and his team of three drivers) 

Abukamleh = Arrangement of the bonfire pit and parking at the pits. (Dockwiler Beach)

I still need someone to help with:

- Snacks/Drinks (water and soda) during our beach activities including bonfire (smores). 

- Accessories for our usual beach activities (balls/ropes/balloons...etc). Dr. Aguirre might have more information on that.  

Raj and I, with the help of Frances, have already made the rest of the reservations.
